Hello. This is Sam Rebnar. By this time you should be occupying the private garden in the south of the complex. This garden houses The Mother Flower, The Plant of Life and Death. It is the key to the Maphas cult, and the creator of the Maphas Cell. Initially thought to be a invasive plant, it would later be discovered to have the capabilities to spread itself through plant-life and organic matter with the potential of spreading on a global scale. The victims of the cult that were considered food for the avatars were usually laid in the garden vines, which enveloped the bodies and drew from them, preserving their bodies in the process. A former researcher in my department claimed the bodies were needed for the avatars to create a moving vessel. Scans of this garden revealed preserved bodies dating back to 1554 30 kilometers benath the surface. Vines and roots from the plant were found to have spread well outside the complex, which widened the spread of the plant in the form of consumption of produce, agricultural feed, and processed fuel, with the potential to expand the reach of the avatars further and further. The chemicals I have given you will poison the mother flower and kill it’s link between the avatars and the produce. I have alerted the members of the cult of my intentions to destroy the research laboratories, drawing them towards me. That should buy you enough time to reach the flower undetected. This will be the last time we speak, please make sure the flower is destroyed.
